Uni pricing is determined by its grade and is available only through auctions. We bid on your behalf to secure the freshest Uni.

How does the seafood auction work?

Each week, we list available seafood options on our Weekly Special page. Prices are finalized after the auction on Wednesdays. Pre-ordering is required.

Where do you deliver or offer pickup?

What are your Uni sources?

Our Uni comes from Hokkaido, Japan (selected from Toyosu Market auctions) and Santa Barbara, California (renowned for the best Uni in North America).

Can I return products?

Due to the perishable nature of our products, returns are not accepted.

What does your refund cover?
